To Schedule Depot Service

1. Call Alpha Systems Service at 1-800-744-9870 to schedule repair services.
2. Alpha Systems will provide an RMA number for you to track your shipment along with shipping instructions
3. Once received, our Service Representative will call you to confirm.
4. Return shipment will be done using Ground Service unless otherwise requested by customer.

NOTE: Full evaluation of your equipment at a set fee to determine necessary repairs. Evaluation fee is waived for repairs authorized by the customer. Average in-house repair is two days plus shipping. One hour minimum charge. Necessary parts are charged at manufacturer's suggested list price. Customer is responsible for freight both ways. We ship using the original shipping carton provided by our customer. Customer assumes responsibility for durability of carton.
