  On-Site Rapid Response Service with Preventative Maintenance & Printhead Coverage*

  • Two hour telephone response time for technical support
    and/or scheduling a repair service call.

  • Printhead coverage (*One printhead per plan year).
  • Two scheduled maintenance visits per plan year.

  • *Some restrictions apply, call for details.
    **All equipment must be evaluated and accepted before a Service Plan can be put into effect. Evaluations are performed at no charge within thirty (30) days of a new agreement. However, all repairs and labor needed, if any, to bring equipment to factory standard will be charged at prevailing rates.
 
Low Volume Plan:  
  On-Site Rapid Response Service with Preventative Maintenance*

  • Parts & labor included. (Excludes printhead coverage.)

Preventative Maintenance Plan:  
  On-Site Preventative Maintenance

  • Two scheduled preventative maintenance visits per plan year.
  • Evaluate, clean, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Additional repairs and labor at preferred discounted rates.
  • Mileage from point of nearest service office to repair destination.
  • Emergency repairs at priority scheduling and rates.


**All equipment must be evaluated and accepted before a Service Plan can be put into effect. Evaluations are performed at no charge within thirty (30) days of a new agreement. However, all repairs and labor needed, if any, to bring equipment to factory standard will be charged at prevailing rates.

 
Break/Fix (T&M):  
  On-Site Service on a Time & Material Basis
